C&L Aviation Services, part of the globally recognized C&L Aviation Group, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Bangor, Maine. In this role, you’ll contribute to the financial operations of multiple business entities, assisting with financial reporting, reconciliations, and day-to-day accounting functions that support our worldwide aviation business.
Job Responsibilities
- The role will have a major focus on assisting with the preparation of monthly financial statements for various entities
- The role will also cover other aspects of bookkeeping including:
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- Bank reconciliation
- GL reconciliations
- The ability and willingness to undertake a variety of accounting tasks is essential, as is the ability to work autonomously
Job Requirements
- Have a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and accounting software
- Accounting Degree or Equivalent Experience
- Accounting software packages used include but not limited to: QuickBooks and Quantum (training to be provided using these programs)
Pay Range: $75,000 – $95,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
