C&L Aviation Services, a C&L Aviation Group company, is seeking a motivated and experienced leader with a strong desire to guide a team, stay organized, and excel in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities:
- Performing depot-level maintenance and modifications on aircraft
- Repair, maintain, and inspect the structural, mechanical, and electronic elements of the aircraft
- Work as part of a team and share knowledge with others to complete jobs effectively and efficiently
- Meet all job/Work Order deadlines, communicating to Manager when circumstances may prevent on-time completion
- Assign tasks to technicians
- Assure proper information is shared i.e. job timelines, shop issues, parts delays, and change orders
- Responsible for staying on task from beginning to end
- Give routine feedback and perform quarterly reviews with employees
- Additional job-related duties as assigned by management
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Experience working on the following aircraft is preferred but not required
- Saab 340, CRJ 200, 700, 900 series aircraft, EMB145, Dash-8, Hawker
- Valid Airframe/Powerplant certification
- Detail oriented
