C&L Aviation Services, a C&L Aviation Group company, is currently seeking an NDT Level II Technician to perform non-destructive testing (NDT) of components and aircraft to identify defects or discontinuities per applicable manuals and industry standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform NDT inspections on aircraft and aircraft components using manual methods
- Prepare aircraft parts for testing, using proper agents such as; cleaners, penetrants, and developers
- Setup, maintain and calibrate NDT equipment
- Perform testing operations using industry-standard procedures and manual instructions
- Complete required documentation including; records, forms, and sign-offs
- Perform other assigned duties
Job Requirements
- ASNT Level II certification (minimum) for the following; Eddy current, magnetic particle ultrasonic and liquid penetrant inspections
- Radiographic testing experience preferred but not required
- NAS 410 certification preferred but, not required
- 5 years of experience as an NDT technician
- Airframe & Powerplant Certification
Pay Range: $26.00 – $36.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
