C&L Aerospace is seeking a detail-oriented Program Administrator to support a key inventory partner program. This role focuses on processing and managing sales transactions, ensuring accuracy, and coordinating between internal sales teams and an external partner.
This position may be performed remotely for qualified out-of-state candidates.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume role that plays a critical part in delivering timely and reliable service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Process purchase orders and convert quotes into sales orders
- Create and manage corresponding purchase orders direct with our inventory partner
- Ensure accuracy of pricing, quantities, and delivery timelines
- Reserve inventory and manage orders through internal and partner systems
- Track and manage orders from receipt through fulfillment
- Support RFQs by generating quotes and validating inventory availability
- Communicate order status, updates, and issues to internal teams
- Maintain accurate data and documentation in internal systems
- Follow established processes and identify opportunities for improvement
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer support, or similar role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume work
- Experience with ERP or order management systems (preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience
- Aviation or aerospace industry experience
- Familiarity with RFQ processes or parts marketplaces
- Experience working with external vendors or partners
