C&L Aerospace, a C&L Aviation Group company has an immediate opening for a Regional Sales Manager in our Business Jet Parts Department.
Job Responsibilities
- Selling business jet aircraft parts, programs, and services
- Expanding and developing business opportunities with business jet aircraft owners, operators, and maintainers
- Develop a comprehensive plan to strengthen, maintain, and manage customer relationships
- Promote product line penetration through C&L’s parts offerings
- Respond to customer inquiries, including quote requests, customer service needs, as well as general inquiries
- Maintain current customer fleet/capabilities information within CRM
- Travel to maintain regular contact with existing and prospective customers
- Manage sales team, including Inside Sales Representative(s), to business initiatives including revenue/profit targets, product line penetration goals, market development, and normal day-to-day sales activities
- Manage sales territory within the Southeast United States, including Arkansas, Louisianna, Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, West Virginia, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida.
Job Requirements
- Must have background experience in market development and parts sales experience within the aviation industry with a particular focus on Challenger, Hawker, BeechJet, Citation Sovereign, Citation XLS. Distribution parts sales a plus
- Regular travel within the Southeast region of the United States and other regions as needed
- Attend conferences and trade shows as necessary
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Computer Skills: must have the ability to quickly and accurately enter data into various software applications, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Quantum, and CRM systems
- Prior experience with HubSpot CRM is preferred but not required.
