The management were caring and understanding and the co-workers were all amazing people with wonderful attitudes. The workload would get heavy at times, but the management were always there to answer any questions and were great at making me feel as though there were no dumb questions. Highly recommended place to work.

I have been working at C & L Aviation Group full-time Pros Great pay & benefits! Exciting atmosphere to work in! Cons None so far. Office space a bit challenging as growth is putting pressure on space needs, but the company is planning another facility expansion to accommodate the expected increase in people.
