We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Creative Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for branding, design, and marketing strategies, with experience across multiple platforms including tradeshows, digital marketing, web, and print. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent project management skills who can translate marketing objectives into compelling campaigns. Key Responsibilities:
Creative Leadership: Develop and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns that ensure brand consistency and engage diverse audiences. Collaborate with designers, analysts, and tech teams to produce impactful assets.
Tradeshow Marketing: Plan and execute tradeshow strategies, including booth design, branded materials, and digital presentations that captivate attendees.
Branding & Identity: Maintain consistent messaging across platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.
Website Graphics & Content: Collaborate with web developers and content teams to create visually appealing website designs, landing pages, banners, and interactive graphics that improve user experience and support lead generation.
Email Marketing & Campaigns: Design and implement email campaigns (e.g., newsletters, drip campaigns) that are on-brand and optimized for engagement.
Digital & Social Media Assets: Develop graphics and content for social media and digital platforms. Utilize AI tools to optimize campaigns and implement SEO and PPC strategies.
Promotional Material Design: Oversee the creation of marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, banners, and merchandise to support sales efforts and increase brand awareness.
Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and best practices in creative marketing, applying insights to improve branding and marketing efforts.
ROI Tracking: Monitor performance metrics, and report on the ROI of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a creative marketing role with a proven track record of delivering innovative, impactful campaigns.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., MailChimp, HubSpot) and web content management systems.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of current marketing trends, particularly in tradeshow marketing and email campaigns.
